For someone who is not an experienced animator I must say you are extremely good. The fact that it does look like the character is spinning is a task not many people can complete. The hair and clothing movement is excellent and the fact that when she first comes in spinning there is a lot of well done perspective is another element that many people like to ignore when animating. Since I know several animation students I can say that you are actually quite good since I'm going to venture to say that you have never taken an animation class.

The main problem I have with it though is that the frame transitions could be smoother. Also the zoom back in seems very choppy, especially the jump between the two frames where she finishes her spin and then begins to zoom in. I'm going to guess that you were trying to make it look like she was leaning forward while the zoom was coming in but it make it seem as if you didnt do the zoom properly.

I think those can easily be fixed by adding some very short frames inbetween. Overall I do like the piece and I hope to see more animations from you in the future.

Well I am see soo smooth clean and living fanmade animation first time in my life, seriously. And tools you used is only simple IR and SAI!? Amazing!
You did great job with hair and clothes animation, you did it trough short time amount which makes this animation even more amazing. It is simple but pretty detailed - you see the girl only few seconds but you can say she wears t-shirt and school skirt. Anatomy is accurate and perfectly drawn, moves is smooth and natural. Also, she has pretty anime face, I could say it deserve to be a part of some kind of anime opening!
